Q : Do I need to be in shape before starting a personal training or boot camp program?

A :

Absolutely not! All fitness levels are welcome. We will work with you at whatever level you are currently at to help you reach your goals.

Q : What is the registration process for boot camp?

A :

You can contact us by phone or log into our scheduler at https://innerathlete.sites.zenplanner.com/freeTrial.cfm to try a free class or reserve your space       in one of our classes.

Q : What is the registration process for personal training sessions?

A :

You can contact us by phone or email to set up an appointment for a consultation where we will answer any questions you have about personal training or small group training and create a schedule that works for your busy life.

Q : Are there shower facilities on the premises?

A :

Yes.  We have two private showers for your convenience.

Q : Will I be sore after workouts?

A :

You may experience some muscle soreness depending on how your body responds to physical activity. If you do experience soreness, know that it is part of the normal process of building muscle and improving physique.

Q : What is the cancellation policy?

A :

Personal training sessions can be canceled 24 or more hours in advance and rescheduled within the week. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. No calls and no shows will also be charged in full. 6-week programs canceled prior to completion will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. 12-week contest prep services are not refundable. Boot Camp participants who cancel prior to starting can receive a refund, but will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If canceled after the start date, there will be no refund. A credit can be given toward another Boot Camp series if approved. No credit will be given toward personal training. All Access Boot Campers may cancel at any time. A cancellation fee will apply as outlined in the contract. A deferral of contract will be allowed for up to 4 weeks if approved by management.

Q : If I'm late for my Personal Training session, will I still receive a full session?

A :

At the trainers discretion and if time permits, yes. Clients who are more than 15 minutes tardy for a training session will be subject to losing their workout for the day.
