30-Day Buns & Guns Challenge

Just in time for summer!! This orientation will be the kickoff to our 30-day challenge and will begin on May 8th at 6:00pm with an informational meeting, immediately leading into the start of our program and the first workout. This awesome program will include six weekly sessions of workouts specifically designed to help you achieve the results you want – firm, sculpted arms and a round, lifted butt! You will also have homework to do which will be spelled out for the 30 days. Meal planning guidance is included with this challenge to help you tone and tighten your body, while enhancing your overall health. As you may know – diet is essential to health and wellness!
